Purpose and benefits

Sun-Tzu is the reputed author of an ancient Chinese military treatise usually known as "The Art of War" . It contains ideas on leadership and strategy that Asian business leaders in the second half of the 20th century found relevant and helpful in their work. Impressed by the success of Eastern business methods, Western business people began to investigate the sources of that success and, in the process, rediscovered Sun-Tzu for themselves.
